Honesty – We will be straightforward and honest with you from start to finish and will let you know exactly what needs to be done (in our professional opinion) and then you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. Unfortunately, many service contractors only look out for themselves and do not seem to care about their customers. Companies that do business this way should always be frowned upon. They may tell unknowing customers that they need more repairs than they actually do, or tell them they need to replace their whole roof in their roofing estimate, when they may only need some intensive repairs. We will never do this.

Customer Service – We make every effort to always be available to our current customers and any potential new customers as well. Our friendly staff does everything they can to be available to you to answer all of your questions and address all of your concerns. If we do not know an answer to a question, we will do everything that we can to find out for you. No one wants to have to make a million calls and leave various voice messages before they can talk to a live person. That leads to frustration and confusion when looking for a quality roofing estimate.

Affordability – We all know that in this current economy, financial decisions must be approached with great care. You need to know that what you are spending your money on is a necessity and will add value to your home or business. This is where our free roofing estimates come in handy. We will come out and assess the condition of your roof and identify and diagnose any problems we see – for free. We can then draft an estimate for you and explain it to you in detail, so you know what work needs to be done. There is no financial outlay until you are ready.
