Who it applies to

• New residential asphalt shingle roof installations or replacements performed by CS Roofing in Michigan
• Included in your signed contract at the time of sale (not retroactive)

How long it lasts

For the life of your CS Roofing labor (workmanship) warranty, or until the roof is replaced, re‑roofed, or materially altered

What it covers

Installation‑related workmanship defects that cause roof performance issues and remain unresolved after our repair efforts

How it works

• Report the issue to 1‑855‑FIX‑ROOF (1‑855‑349‑7663).
• We inspect and diagnose.
• We make reasonable repair attempts at no cost.
• If the same installation‑related issue persists after two documented repair attempts (or both parties agree it cannot be corrected), CS Roofing will issue a 100% refund of the roof contract price.
• At either party’s request, the determination may be supported by an independent, licensed roofing inspector acceptable to both parties.

What’s not covered

• Weather or acts of God (hail, wind, ice dams, lightning), normal wear, age
• Damage or penetrations by others (satellite dishes, trades, animals, fallen limbs, foot traffic)
• Manufacturer material defects (covered by the manufacturer’s warranty)
• Pre‑existing structural problems or building movement
• Inadequate or compromised attic ventilation not included in our scope, or later altered
• Any condition not caused by our installation workmanship
• Accounts not paid in full, refusal of access, or unauthorized third‑party work before we inspect

Your remedy

Refund of the original roof contract price only. This refund is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Guarantee.
